What we collect

Nothing. No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.

On your iPhone

Your products, saved claims, filing details and payments are stored only on your device. They are not synced and are deleted when you delete the app.

Network

The app downloads a public list of settlements from our server at most every 6 hours, with no cookies and no identifiers. Our server does not keep access logs for this list. When you tap Open official claim site, the settlement website opens in your browser under that website's own privacy policy.

Notifications

Deadline reminders and new case alerts are scheduled and matched on the device.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We never see your payment details.

Children

Courtpenny is not directed at children under 13.
